I think bug 09999 gives a link bug 9999, because 
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=09999 works just as good as 
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9999

So the old bugs have 5 digits too, now :Ã¾
