there's a new nonfree plugin replacing 2 previous nonfree plugins that are no more valid
this new plugin is not compatible with version 5.2.4 which was provided by Mageia7 and Mageia8 

Updating OpenCPN is a good opportunity to update too its plugins which have been improved these last two years
